1. General Refund Guidelines

Refunds depend on the nature of the service and project progress.
Custom services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Domain registration, hosting, digital marketing, and third-party services are non-refundable.
Partial refunds may be issued based on completed work percentage.
Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe mentioned below.

2. Refund Policy by Service Type

2.1 App Development & Software Development

If a project is cancelled before development starts, up to 50% refund may be issued.
No refund after development begins or project exceeds 50% completion.
No refund once the software/app has been delivered.
Partial refund may be considered in case of unresolved technical issues.

2.2 Website Design & Development

Cancellation before design phase → 70% refund.
Design completed but development not started → 40% refund.
No refund after full development and delivery.

2.3 Digital Marketing Services

SEO, Ads, and PPC payments are non-refundable.
If the campaign has not started, refund may be considered after admin fee deduction.
No refund after campaign execution begins.

2.4 Promotional Video Editing

50% refund if editing has not started.
No refund once editing begins.
No refund after final video delivery.

2.5 Online Marketplace Services

Account creation charges are non-refundable once completed.
Product listing charges are non-refundable after listing is uploaded.
Cancellation before work begins → up to 50% refund.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

Email us with refund request.
Provide the following details:

Full Name
Contact Information
Invoice Number
Service Purchased
Reason for Refund

Our team will review the request within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed within 10-15 business days.

4. Conditions for Refund Denial

Client changes their decision after work has started.
Client fails to provide required information or materials.
Service has already been delivered and accepted.
Project delay caused by client-side issues.
Refund request submitted after allowed timeframe.

5. Dispute Resolution

Clients should first contact our support team.
Both parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
